Saved, read, printed, memorized, re-read and memorized again.
I have been fighting with crosswinds for weeks now landing in the mud
more than once ;-), but this might be due to my choice of aircraft - the
DC-3 seems to be quite wind-sensitive, also in normal flight, but
especially in landing configuration.
