I can only sympathise with you re the cold starts, mate - we're still
getting in the teens as our overnight lows.

I haven't yet ever flown a "heavy", so I'm doubly useless to you, mate -
my apologies.

BTW, what would go to them, other than "conditioned" air, or Emergency
Oxygen - just thinking on my feet here, mate...?
