Subject: Acceleration will not install

I have a friend in Munster, Germany who has a new computer.
Vista 32, Quad Core, 3 Gig Ram
He is unable to get Acceleration to install. I am trying to get more
information from him, but thought I would post here to see if anyone one
here had experienced any Acceleration install problem they were able to
solve.
I know he has already uninstalled FS10 and reinstalled it, hoping to get
that to work, but no joy. Since he was able to install FS10 I assume he is
logged on as Admin.
